How secure is this store?

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and wash them in cold water. Shirts with some percentage of cotton in them will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least amount shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry. AVIDry Performance shirts with no cotton in them will not shrink.

Are your products imported?

Yes, AVID Gear products are designed in the USA and sourced and manufactured overseas. Some of our items may be printed or assembled in the USA.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee every item purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (except Sale/Clearance items). Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition within 30 days from receipt of your order. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Please note orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.


How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous U.S. takes 3-7 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the U.S., but the order is still on its way.


What is your Sale item policy?

We try to keep things simple when possible. All sales are final on Sale and Clearance items. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any Sale or Clearance items. This allows us to pass on larger savings to you.
